I have been playing along with this guitar part ever since I started playing shows and needed a filler in-between songs. I always felt like something was there... but I just couldn't get the words to it.

We recently moved into this house from the early 1800s and it has so much character and soul (and possibly... ghosts?) that I really wanted to write a song that reflected those feelings and covered all of the human senses. Sight, smell, sound, taste, touch... all things that evoke memories - and I wanted it to be a little creepy.

I feel like that's the best way to write a song that sticks with people - have them interpret it in their own way. To make it about them. About you. This song can be about whatever you want it to be - an old love, an old friend, family member, even some psycho stalker or ghost that keeps haunting your memory.

I hope you enjoy it - I'll be putting out some new music as time goes on from my creepy old basement (don't worry, all my songs won't be about ghosts). Feel free to stream it 100 times, share it with your family, friends, post it on social media, or tattoo around your neck.
